How Children Learn through Relationships

Primary care relationships at home – and in centres – are the main means for young children to learn about themselves in relation to others. If a special someone is there for them, they learn that they too are special. Without this system, there can be a constant churn of adults – daily or weekly, and children won’t feel regarded.
